That 16 year-old pop sensation Justin Bieber is coming at you in an entirely new way.The plans are still in the works, but a major Hollywood studio (not Disney) has put in motion a Bieber 3D concert film. Should all details come together, sources say the project will race into production for a November 2010 release date.
