TORONTO -- Don't mess with teen titan Justin Bieber and his fans, Canada's broadcast censor has told Toronto radio shock jock Dean Blundell.

The Canadian Broadcast Standards Council (CBSC) told the CFNY-FM morning host that he wrongly sexualized children when he told a young girl that had praised Bieber to "save your energy for puberty or to fend off your dad tonight while you're sleeping."

Blundell was also slammed for warning a young boy that listening to Bieber tunes risked a future in male prostitution.

"He'll be chuggin' before he's 18 if he likes that music," the radio host declared on air.

The offending on-air exchange followed Blundell posting comments on his Twitter page "expressing his dislike for Bieber and implying, in vulgar terms, that Bieber was likely gay," the CBSC reported.

The Toronto radio station will be compelled to air the decision from the CBSC, which referees the Canadian airwaves on behalf of domestic radio and TV broadcasters.
