Justin Bieber, Lady Antebellum, Eminem and Katy Perry are expected to be among the top nominees when Grammy Award nominations are announced tonight.

Nominees in the top categories will be announced during the third annual, hour-long "The Grammy Nominations Concert Live!! -- Countdown to Music's Biggest Night," a musical television event hosted by LL Cool J. The 7 p.m. concert at Club Nokia will be telecast live on the East Coast, but tape- delayed locally and aired at 10 p.m.

Bieber, the mop-haired tween sensation, is expected to perform at the nominations concern, along with Perry, Train, rapper B.o.B, Miranda Lambert and Bruno Mars. Stevie Wonder will be among the presenters at the event, along with singer/actress Selena Gomez, Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters and Hayley Williams of Paramore.

Bieber's popularity likely will propel him to a number of Grammy nominations, but also expect last year's big winner -- Beyonce -- to be in the running, primarily for her collaboration with Lady Gaga. Other names expected to be prominent on the Grammy nominations list are Rihanna, Usher, Arcade Fire and Jay-Z.

The 53rd annual Grammy Awards will be presented Feb. 13 at Staples Center.
