As the latest poll of the month showed, it's difficuly whether to hate or love this character. He can be easily the most powerful weapon in the history of Shibusen, yet he has such an annoying? awful? specific? dysfunctional? personality that no person on Earth has been able to withstand him yet, aside from King Arthur himself and Hero.

Excalibur's form is anthropomorphic, similar to a Disney cartoon. The author of the manga, Atsushi Okubo, said that he based this character on his own father. OMG!!! Can you imagine!! (talk about being mean to your parents!)

Excalibur's traits are those of the perfect British gentleman, resembling Fogg's character from the Jules Verne novel, Around the World in 80 days; a cold, meticulous old man who fired his last butler because the water to shave wasn't exactly at 80 C ° degrees.
The reaction that Excalibur gets from people

So, what is the actual truth about this character? comedy relief? filler material? There may be more to him, just as Lord Death has a 'dark days' personality that he hides. It is speculated that he may be one of the Eight Powerful Warriors and that he actually met Eibon, but there's no way to ask Excalibur himself since he will always give you a surrealist bloody Brit tale that he pulled from his top sushi roll British hat!

Excalibur's absurd rules:

1: My mornings start off with a cup of coffee with cream
22: A refreshing morning begins with a refreshing greeting
57: Always place a dehumidifier in your room.
58: When I'm humming a tune to myself, you must not speak!
75: Excalibur's birthday must be celebrated in a grand manner (he considers every day to be his birthday, therefore this task must be performed every day)
172: Seek harmony seek it thus
202: The highest class toilet must be prepared
278: You must never permit carrots in my meals
349: You must never violate my food preferences
452: You must attend my daily 5 hour story telling party
473: You're to always stay 3 steps behind me while walking
578: A hero shall always convey the truth
602: Food must be freshly prepared
667: Always praise Excalibur
679: I must always have a dehumidifier in my room
778: Never mail out packages cash-on-delivery
998: When you order a package for home delivery, you must always use cash on delivery

Will we ever know the actual 1000 rule list?
