The superior to the Chronos Numbers, and the leader of the Elder Statesmen that rule Chronos. He only communicates with the Chronos Numbers through a holographic screen. He and the other Statesmen were killed by the Zero Numbers in the anime.

Sephiria states that he has been a Chronos Number for more than 25 years, longer than most of the members including herself have been alive. He only appears in the final part of the manga, on a mission to destroy every lair of the Apostles of the Stars with Belze.

Manga Info: Self-styled gentleman. His motto is "Be Kind to Women, Children and Weak People." However, 'Dangerous Women' seem to be an exception to this rule. His so-called gentleman's code is based on his own original values since it doesn't appear that he was born into a respectable family. Also, he's quite a heavy smoker. After work, he can't resist a puff.
Former I.B.I. Investigator. Because using his Foreseeing/Right eye takes a lot of energy, after using it, he passes out for 6-7 hours.
After severe training by launching 10kg metal balls at himself with the help of Rins, The Foreseeing Eye becomes what he calls The Glaspar Eye. For about 5 seconds, everything else seems slow as his body moves many times it's normal speed. It doesn't drain him as much as the Foreseeing Eye did.

Manga Info: Loves to read. Since she seems to have quite an IQ, she never forgets the contents of a book once she's read it. Also, because she possesses nano-machines for healing, her wounds heal at a speed that can't be compared with ordinary people. (an injury that would take 2 weeks to heal, takes 2 days) Incidentally, Eve will grow. Aside from having an organ in her body that generates nano-machines, she is no different than an ordinary person.
Appears to have a limit for major transformations of one minute, then the transformation fades as a self-preservation mechanism. Can create replicas of things she has seen using the remains of nano-machines.
Carries Sven's old WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) phone, because it wasn't fair that Train had one and she didn't.

She doesn't always wear her trademark yukata, she wears clothes to match her mood. Lived in the same apartment complex as Train for three months, becoming his friend. Was killed by Creed for putting a Curse on Train, softening his killing intent. Shot the blade off of Kotetsu to save the lives of three boys Creed was threatening.

With Saya's influence, Train softened, so he killed her. He stalks Train now in hopes of seeing him return to the cold emotionless person he used to be. Creed wears a choker to mimic Train. After the attack on the World Conference, his bounty was placed at 3 billion, one of the top three biggest bounties in history.

How sad that Black Cat anime was finished and have only 24 episodes. When I watched this anime, there are 23 episodes and Gonzo company has released another episode "The Receding Cat" what made me want to watch this episode (so cool Sephiria). The ending of this anime is very great in my thought (maybe better than ending in Black Cat manga). Everyone in anime are tired in final battle but satisfied in their effort. Anime Synopsis:

Anime Info:You can call him 'Black Cat'. This strongest gunman uses Orihalcon revolver gun named 'Hades'. His lonely life changed because he learns how to has freedom from Minatsuki Saya. When his change of heart , he decided to quit number and worked as a sweeper alongside Sven Volfied and Eve.






Sven Volfied
Anime Info: Sven was once an agent for the IBI. A very poor sweeper and Eve's savior. When he meets her, he treats her like a person instead of a weapon. His right eye can see a few seconds or minutes into the future but it drains many energy. This eye was given to him by his IBI partner and close friend. Sven follows a strict "gentlemen's code" and never ignores a woman in trouble.




Eve
Anime Info: A bio-weapon girl, she uses Nanomachine power to transform her body. While she was raised like a demon, Sven meets her and worries her like a normal girl. She kinda likes Sven too, and since Train is very strong, she treats Train as her rival as both a Sweeper. Eve later looks up to Sven as her father (or lover). She is called "little princess" by Train. She is very smart and likes reading books. She is the one who places a bell necklace from black cat doll around Train's neck.



Rinslet Walker
Anime Info: A infamous thief also known as Rins who will work dangerous jobs. She can steal anything and manipulate any man. She sometimes works alongside the trio (Train, Sven and Eve). She's kinda rich. Her lover is ...(a chronos number).







Minatsuki Saya
Anime Info: An strange sweeper and the first real friend of Train Hearnet. She likes wearing Yukata (she thinks it's cute.). After seeing how close the two were, Creed calls her the "witch". Saya fought with Creed and died in Train's arms during a fireworks festival that she was looking forward to see. She likes singing strange song on the roof. Because of the bond that she and Train shared, her positive influence remains with him long after she had died.



Creed Diskenth
Anime Info: He was an eraser of Chronos, and was admirer of Train. After he left Chronos, he was the leader of a group known as the Aposles of the Stars to start a revolution against Chronos. His wish is to have Train join him as one of the leaders of his group. His primary weapon is a sword called Kotetsu which he can use his tao power to create an invisible sword.
