Finally,Paris fashion week ends today.. i was so jealous about fashion week and the fact that i really wanted to attend just one show. if you did attend any fashion show.. do comment and let me know how much fun you had.!
Paris Fashion week ended with the Elie Saab fashion show.. i really don't do review on fashion shows but i decided to paste some of my favourite pictures from the Elie Saab collection.
the colours were lovely.



with Spring 2011,many more trends rolled up such as Maxi sheer dresses,60's ladylike,70's glamor, inner wear as outer wear and the infamous clogs AND SO MANY OTHERS.. also we sure do have those trends that we cant get enough of.

The cover of ELLE Italia has Chanel Iman,rocking a turban,with a sheer top,pants and metallic belt and ring. loving the whole "ROCK_CHIC' look,but my attention was drawn to the sequinned turban.
 Turbans were fashionable in the 1940s and 1950s ; one name given them was cache-misère  ( 'hide misery"), a chic solution to a bad-hair day.. but now.. its a fashion statement.

Seems to me like animal prints are warming their way into the hearts of celebrities and individuals alike.


I caught the fever and expressed it with my 80's inspired D.I.Y. headband,meanwhile Domenico dolce and Stefano Gabbana caught theirs and designed leopard print dresses worn by kylie minogue,keri hilson and rihanna.


Keri hilson showed up to the essence music festival in new orleans,wearing a blue D & G strapless leopard print dress. im so loving her hair,even though its rihanna-inspred.

Kylie minogue wore a teal below-the-knee dress while making an appearance in london on july 2nd.

Rihanna put a new twist as usual,and wore the print in red and tan to a restaurant in dublin,ireland.

Wearing nude tones is a huge fashion trend,raging at the moment. although it has been known to make one look fatter,celebs nd individuals have been getting on the trend wagon.


Nicole Richie was spotted on Tuesday,rocking the nude look,with a cream kimono-style top,wrapped up with an obi belt,with nude beaded clutch and snakeskin Louboutins.
 
  
when wearing nudes,its important to vary shades to create dimension because a lighter look that is monochromatic wont let you emphasize or De-emphasize certain body parts.

Gone were the days when we thought neutrals like beige,brown,grey and black were the ideal colours.. Banging in comes the 80's trend..NEON.





its an item to turn up the volume of your wardrobe!! celebrities have been known to spot on neon colours on the red carpet and even paint neon colours on their nails.













1. do not wear any sparkles,shiny texture or glitter.

2. do keep your neon to a minimum

3. wear with black to be on the safe side

4. wear neon clothing or accessories on where you want to attract attention,e.g.bust,hips,etc
