My Love for rings knows no bounds and I have been known to stack my rings.  There is just something about rings that gives an outfit that extra pop or edge and also adds to the wearer’s individuality/style.
In this post, Stylist, Aisha Bello is gonna be showing off her rings. Yes! I said ‘showing off”. Aisha has an amazing collection and I couldn’t help but ask her to send in pictures of some of her amazing rings.

From The surname, I am sure you guys have gathered that this post is about my mother. My mother hid all old pictures of her, but trust me to dig it out of her Old red box, while searching for Print Fabric to use as Turbans.
My Momma love Prints and colours… guess I inherited that from her.
Recently she sticks to dark hues like brown, beige, black etc but her Print game is still on. She is incredibly tall, so she sticks to ballet flats and kitten heel shoes.
Here are pictures of her, taken within the 70’s and 80’s,when her style game was at its peak.

FASHION AT PSQUARE'S ALBUM LAUNCH

My friend, Tobbie Maguire takes awesome event photographs. What sets him apart is his personal eye and angle for capturing the pictures. Always open to capture the little details like hand movements, hair, smile and even little fashion details like a fashion blogger.

I wasn’t at the Psquare album launch because I gave up going for musical concerts, when I stood for nothing less than 7 hours at a musical award, in Louboutins than hurt my feet more than a piercing needle. If it’s not a Florence and the machine concert... NO SIR, count me out!
Oh well, Tobbie was there and he captured the people on the red carpet as well as the little fashion details, like the pro that he is.





I don’t know this lady, but I wanna be her best friend. Her sheer dress and haircut gives her an A+ in my style book. I don’t know whether its my new love for anything sheer, or the fact that she rocked it so gracefully. AMAZING.!




I love her earrings.. I need to get myself something like this.

Our Nigerian Designers stay steady working hard and staying behind the camera, most of the time.
How pleased I was, when I captured Ade Yusuf, creative director and designer of Nigerian fashion brand, Pearl 1130, looking amazing at a shopping event.
She is wearing a Pearl 1130 frock and a DKNY bag and nude strappy heels to match.

My name is Dami, I'm 21 and from Dagenham, Essex. SCHOOL STYLE;- FASHION PHOENIX.

Recently, I posted pictures of students going to class, in order to celebrate their style and show you all, how we dress in my school.
In my school, we practically wear conventional things. Sometimes, you really can’t ignore the “oh-you-fancy-huh.?” Stares, students tend to throw your way when you walk into school wearing an unconventional outfit that shows your style.
I won’t stress... I am not always dressed up all stylish and decked to the nines, but I tend to add accessories to compliment what I am wearing and tell people about my quirky style. My T-shirts act like a plain canvas, where I paint my style with little distinct accessories.
Yesterday, after a test… my friends and I went out of class and had a little photo shoot. Students passed and stared as usual, but we kept taking pictures and giving funny poses.

Sometimes, I am thinking of ways to add a unique input and help the Nigerian Fashion Industry grow and I pause and ask myself... “How? Onyinye, you are just a scrawny student.”
I can’t be the only one with big dreams...
